STATUES & BUSTS

This is a listing of all the Official Moon Knight related Statues and Busts in my Collection. They are listed in order of release date, from most recent at the top to the oldest at the bottom. Statues and Busts tend to be one of the more expensive items that a collector can pursue. They often have very limited production runs and become extremely expensive to acquire after the initial release. Moon Knight fans are fortunate in that Moon Knight has been realized in numerous high quality busts from various companies over the last several decades.

Diamond Select Toys Marvel Comic Moon Knight Mini Bust

Released in April of 2025, this statue stands as the final Moon Knight piece to ever be released by the now defunct Diamond Select Toys (Although fingers are crossed for the company to reform post-bankruptcy). But I have to say, what a way to go out on! This 5 Inch (not including base), 1/7 scale, resin mini-bust is a sight to behold. Limited to only 2,000 pieces, this comic themed Statue was designed by Nelson X Asencio and sculpted by Juan Pitluk. It retailed for the not outrageous price of $130. The airbrush paint job creates a soft shadow effect that makes Moon Knight look more realistic and lifelike than many other iterations. It is a solid feeling sculpt with a very robust cape. It stands sturdy, but it does have more than a few sharp points. It comes with a certificate with the edition number on it. I absolutely love this statue, and it has been on my computer desk since its release.

Gentle Giant Moon Knight Animated-Style Statue

Released by Gentle Giant Ltd in October of 2023, this 3.25” Statue was inspired by the artwork of Skottie Young. Sculpted by Casen Barnard, this statue was limited to only 3000 pieces. It retailed for $60.00 and came with a numbered certificate. Anyone who is a fan of Skottie Youngs style will appreciate the attention to detail in the paint work, which features incomplete lines for that authentic look. The piece is quite light and small, unfortunate considering its high price. But it’s a perfect piece for desktops and bookshelves.

Diamond Select Toys Marvel Legends in 3D Moon Knight 1/2 Scale Bust

Released in September of 2023, this massive bust stands as the penultimate Moon Knight release by the now defunct Diamond Select Toys. Created in the staggering large Half Scale, this bust stands as the most expensive Moon Knight statue upon release at a whopping $250! As part of the Legends in 3D line, this piece is a work of art with immaculate sculpting and an intricate paint job. Its around 10” tall and notably heavy, so it needs quite a bit of space on its own. It was designed by Joe Allard, sculpted by Joe Menna, and had a production run limited to only 1000 pieces. It is unquestionably one of my favorite non-comic pieces of Moon Knight Memorabilia. It captures what I feel is the tone and form of the character perfectly.

Diamond Select Marvel Gallery Disney+ Moon Knight PVC Statue

This is the first Statue based on the MCU version of Moon Knight that was featured in the Disney+ Show. It was released by Diamond Select Toys in May of 2023. It stands just over 10” Tall, and was designed by the Silva Brothers and sculpted by Aduardo Trujillo. The price on release for this statue was a very reasonable $59.99. As noted in the title, this is a PVC statue, and is therefore much lighter than standard resin or ceramic statues. It feels considerably “cheaper” and is quite light. However, the sculpting is absolutely fantastic, and the paint job is very well done. It’s also quite large compared to many of the previous busts. This is ideal for people who may have display areas that are at risk of bumping or interference, as it is far less fragile than most of the standard statue fare.

Panini Moon Knight Statuette (German Edition) Marvel Universum Figuren-Kollektion

This 3.5 inch Statuette/Figure is the only Mr Knight themed Statue officially produced as of 2025. It was distributed by Panini in multiple markets accross the world in 2019 (and possibly earlier). It has not been made available within the United States. Each region features the same exact figure accompanied by a magazine. The magazine style/content (and language) varies depending on location, as does its issue number. The Italian, Mexican, and Spanish magazines feature nearly identical covers and are unbound so they can fold out into a poster featuring art by Declan Shalvey. The reading material appears to be identical outside of the specifics of the language. The German one (pictured) is considerably different, as it is a traditional style magazine bound with staples along the spine, and therefore does not open into a poster. It also features an alternative cover. It is similar in size and form to the Eaglemoss Statuette released earlier in English markets.

In the spring of 2018, Diamond Select Toys released their second Moon Knight piece, a full Moon Knight statue. Standing roughly 14 inches tall, This heavy statue is made out of pure resin. This sculpture depicts Moon Knight with a tattered white costume featuring blue and grey accents. This ipiece has incredible detail in both the sculpt and paint job. It feels durable and stable thanks to its wide base. It is limited to only 3,000 pieces, and was hand sculpted by Jean St. Jean. It feels like a very appropriate size for most displays. its intial retail I beleive was around $180, but i've seen it listed for up to $220. It is one of the highest quality Statues of Moon Knight to date.

Gentle Giant LTD Moon Knight Bust

In late 2012, Gentle Giant released the third ever Moon Knight bust. Unlike the previous 2 busts, this one included his arms in the sculpture, as well as a large crescent dart. Standing at just over 7 inches tall, this highly detailed sculpture has a considerable width to it at around 9.25 inches. The statue is heavy and stable, and feels extremly durable. It launched at a reasonable $70, but has seen significant price increases online after its release. This statue has a relatively low production run of only 600 pieces. It depicts Moon Knights costume as being primarily white with a silver belt, emblem and gloves. His mask is black, and his cowl features a seam down the middle.

Eaglemoss Moon Knight Statuette

In 2009, Moon Knight became part of Eaglemoss Publication's "Classic Marvel Figurine Collection." This was a series of Magazines that spotlighted a different character with each issue. These magazines shipped with a 3.5 inch lead statuette of the character covered in the magazine. Moon Knight was figure/magazine #82. This mini statue is heavy despite its size. It is hand painted, and is primarily a grey flat color. The statuette features some gold accents on the belt as well as a black mask. Each figure is numbered on the base. The Detail is superb, with well realized costume details, including a seam down the middle and a tattered cape. This statuette is still surprisingly affordable to find online, and goes nicely on any desk or similar display.

Bowen Designs Moon Knight Statue: White Version

In 2006 the Fan Favorite Statue Producer Bowen Designs released their Third Moon Knight product, a painted variant of their full figure statue. It was part of Bowens Phase 3 Marvel Statues, #64 to be exact (the original silver version was #63). This variant had an edition size of only 600 statues, and launched for $210. This painted variant of the statue was painted white to reflect the white nature of Moon Knight's later costumes. This statue was sculpted by the Kucharek Brothers and came in two painted varieties. The statue comes in two pieces: the figure, and the base. Although relatively durable, the two pieces do not make a tight connection. Furthermore, it is inappropriately top heavy leading to stability issues. It needs to be displayed securely to keep it from falling over. The more limited edition size of this variant makes it considerably more rare than the silver version, and is therefore much more expensive to acquire.

Bowen Designs Moon Knight Statue: Silver Version

In 2006 the Fan Favorite Statue Producer Bowen Designs released their second Moon Knight product, a Full figure statue. It was part of Bowens Phase 3 Marvel Statues, #63 to be exact. It had an edition size of 2000 statues, and launched for $190. Not only was this the first full figure Statue of Moon Knight, it is also the only statue to acknowledge that Moon Knight's classic costume was Silver and not white. This statue was sculpted by the Kucharek Brothers and came in two painted varieties. The other version, a White variant, was released around the same time and is considerably more rare. The statue comes in two pieces: the figure, and the base. Although relatively durable, the two pieces do not make a tight connection. Furthermore, it is inappropriately top heavy leading to stability issues. It needs to be displayed securely to keep it from falling over. This statue is rare, and sells for higher than its introductory price.

Diamond Select: Marvel Universe Moon Knight Bust

2005 saw the release of the second ever Moon Knight Bust thanks to a limited release from Diamond Select Toys. This 6" Bust had an edition size of 2,500 and an introductory retail price of $50. Designed by Eli Livingston for Art Asylum, this particular bust is the most stylized and unique of all the Moon Knight statues. It features exaggerated shapes in an attempt to create a strong crescent shape throughout the design. The sharp angles and strong curves give this bust a very striking presence. It is a medium weight bust that is surprisingly stable. It has become one of the harder to find statues of Moon Knight to find in recent years, and can often demand a high price.

Bowen Designs: Moon Knight Bust

In 2002, Bowen designs released the first Official Moon Knight Statue ever made. It was Sculpted by famed artist Randy Bowen himself. Moon Knight became Mini-Bust #52 of their Marvel Phase 1 designs. This bust had an Edition size of 5000 pieces, making it one of the larger runs for a Moon Knight statue. It retailed for $40, which was pretty standard for 2002. This bust has a predominantly white paint with light blue accents, and a dark grey mask. The costume design used in this statue is clearly based on the classic volume 1 costume from his original 80's run. It is 5 1/2 inches tall and very sturdy thanks to the cape design around the base. Over the years the price has gone up considerably on this piece. It has been highly sought after, and images of it have been used for fan art more than any other sculpture I have seen. Over 20 years later, this bust still stands as one of the best Moon Knight statues created.
